At YETI Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition. Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, we have streamlined our process to get your refund or exchange handled quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
